I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with the wharf just outside. The room had a really comfortable bed and a bathroom, making it very cozy. The service was top-notch from staff willing to assist, but unfortunately, a security guard named Ray was rude and aggressive, affecting the overall experience. The location is conveniently close to Leeds city centre. The dining option with a good view over the canal was a highlight despite not being included in the rate. The hotel facilities were up to standard, offering a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a view over the canal where you can see some outdoor patrons of the bar over the water. The disabled access bathroom is convenient, but there were some issues with the service. The location is lovely, near the train station and the Leeds to Liverpool canal, but the dining options were average.

The rooms are spacious and include smart TVs and large comfy beds; however, the air conditioning could be more efficient. The service, while outstanding from reception to waiters, can feel a bit repetitive and condescending at times. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms offering a lovely view of the wharf. On the upside, the delivery company was excellent and ensured timely delivery of my items. The location was perfect, right behind the train station in a relaxed area with beautiful views. The dining experience, although not included in my rate, offered average food quality but with great views. Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
I couldn't have asked for a better location - right in the heart of Leeds, close to the train station and with stunning canal views. The rooms were cozy, and the service was a bit lacking in enthusiasm. Dining came with a £15 voucher but was nothing exceptional. Overall, a mixed experience with some ups and downs.
